In-line Powered Antenna Preamp
The idea is that the power is sent through the coax to the preamp that sits right at the receiving antenna, and the RF from the preamp is modulated on top of the DC and goes through a foil capacitor to the receiver.
I’m writing this page 4 years late (2026) so I forgot the design used. I may update this with more info in the future. Just gotta say it worked spectacularly for a magnetic loop antenna.
